Industrial Aid is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation that employs adults with developmental disabilities.  We are located in South St. Louis City and provide contract packaging services to small and large companies throughout the United States.

IA was founded in 1970 and has rapidly become one of the largest co-packers in the Midwest.  We expanded our 100,000 square foot facility in 2007 to include an additional 52,000 square foot state-of-the-art packaging plant.

IA employs over 180 adults with disabilities producing over 500,000 packages per week.  The foundation of our company is built around our employees and staff.  The dedication to their jobs and our mission is what makes IA a leader in the sheltered workshop industry and allows us to compete in a very competive marketplace.
